4 Large eggs
250ml Cup milk
1tsp Vanilla extract
1 Non-stick pan
(Oil if preferred to cook)
- Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla until well mixed
- In another bowl, mix together the flour and sugar
- Slowly add your wet mixture to the dry mix of flour and sugar, whilst whisking (so that no lumps form)
- Once well mixed, heat your pan on a medium heat and add oil if preferred
- Cook to preferred thickness
For best results, serve warm with preferred toppings.
This recipe makes 10-12 large pancakes.
