Beef Tacos

There’s no better dish than a steak taco! Making the most of The Greengrocer’s Range Conor has created these tasty tacos that are filled with fresh veggies.

What you’ll need: 


1 packet of SPAR Tortilla Wraps

1 SPAR enjoy local steak

1/2 The Greengrocer’s red onion sliced

6-8 The Greengrocer’s cherry tomatoes halved

Handful of The Greengrocer’s mixed leaves

Handful of The Greengrocer’s parsley 

Sauce of choice: garlic, taco, BBQ, relish or mayo

Cooking time: 15 mins

  1. Cover your steak in some oil and season, cook in a pan on a high heat for 4 minutes on either side. Remove from the heat, wrap in foil and rest for 5 minutes.


  1. Prepare the tacos - using a griddle pan (you’ll get those lovely charred lines) cook the tortilla on each side for 60 seconds


  1. Now that your tacos are warm it’s time to slice your steak


  1. Lets construct the Taco:
  • Lay your taco on a chopping board 
  • Top with sauce (I used a garlic sauce)
  • Add a handful of mixed leaves on top of the sauce
  • Place the sliced steak on top
  • Add the red onion and cherry tomatoes


  1. Fold it all up and enjoy
