Breakfast Muffin

It’s time to elevate breakfast with thanks to our ambassador, Belfast Food Blogger.


This is more of a dish assembly rather than a recipe so it’s nice and simple.


What you’ll need:


1 ORMO brioche muffin

30g ham

1 slice Coleraine mild cheddar

1 Cavanagh egg

1 teaspoon of Hollah Preserve chilli jam

1 small bunch of coriander 

Cooking Time: 6 mins
Cooking Time: 6 mins

The first thing you’ll want to do is get a small frying pan onto a low medium heat and add your egg, cook this for 5-6 minutes.


While this is cooking toast your muffin for 3 minutes, remove and stack in the following order - muffin bottom, cheese, ham, fried egg, chilli jam, coriander, muffin top!


Best enjoyed with an iced coffee.
