4 chicken breast fillets
4 tbsp light soft cheese
8 rashers streaky bacon
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins
Set oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas 5
Cut a slit in each chicken breast and spread 1 tbsp cheese inside
Wrap 2 bacon rashers around each one
Roast for 30 minutes, or until cooked right through
Serve hot alongside salad or mashed potatoes and veg.
