Butter Roast Turkey

What you'll need

 

  • 1 x Boneless turkey crown. (Approx. 5kg)
  • 200gm softened butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method

 

Prep: Separate the 2 turkey breasts, rub with a good amount of salt and pepper then rub all over with the softened butter

Roast: Roll each breast in clingfilm and then a layer of tin foil. The cling film ensures the moisture stays in the joint. Roast at 180°C for 1 hour 10 minutes. Let rest in the foil
