Ingredients
- 12 cocktail sausages
- 1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry
- Mayonnaise
- Handful of black olives
- 1 egg

Method
- Cut the puff pastry into 1cm strips
- Wrap the pasty around the sausages
- Brush with beaten egg
- Bake sausages in oven for 20 mins at 200C
- Dot mayonnaise and olive pieces to make eyes
