Sausage mummies

Ingredients 

  • 12 cocktail sausages
  • 1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry
  • Mayonnaise
  • Handful of black olives
  • 1 egg

Method 

  • Cut the puff pastry into 1cm strips
  • Wrap the pasty around the sausages
  • Brush with beaten egg
  • Bake sausages in oven for 20 mins at 200C
  • Dot mayonnaise and olive pieces to make eyes
