PEANUT BUTTER OAT SPIDER COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter 120g
  • 1/3 cup 80g maple syrup
  • Malteasers
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • Edible eyes

Method

  • Place 1 cup of oats into blender and
  • blend until smooth.
  • Combine oat flour, peanut butter and
  • maple syrup – mix until dough is formed
  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof
  • paper and dollop mixture on tray
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180C for
  • 9 -12 mins
  • Melt dark chocolate and to stick on
  • the Malteser and edible eye
  • Drizzle to create the spider legs and
  • let cool.
