Prep: Weigh and lay out all your ingredients, dice the onion and grate the garlic
Cook: In a heavy pan, crispen bacon and cook the sausage meat, (typically takes 10-15 minutes on a medium heat) add the onions and garlic, then cook for a further 5 minutes. Continue to stir throughout this whole process to avoid catching.
Add the butter and melt thoroughly.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Season to taste.
Once cooked, remove from the pan and roll in cling film to let it rest.
