Seed & nut trail mix

A trail mix makes a convenient and nutritious high energy ‘on-the-go’ snack!  You can combine any mix of dried fruit, seeds and nuts according to your taste.

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds

2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds

5 Tablespoons unsalted cashew nuts

1 Tablespoon dried coconut chips

2 Tablespoons dried cranberries

Serves: 3 servings (4 level Tablespoons per serving)

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and divide mixture into 3 servings.
  2. Store in 3 small airtight containers to take with you to school or work.
