Peanut Butter Cups

  • 240g milk chocolate (melted)
  • 220g smooth peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp icing sugar 
  • 12 cupcake cases
  • 2 cupcake tins

  1. Melt your chocolate in a small bowl over a pot of hot water 
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the peanut butter and icing sugar until smooth 
  3. Line the cupcake tin with cupcake cases 
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into a cupcake case and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set 
  5. Top with 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set 
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate until all cases are filled 
  7. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until the chocolate has set
