Method
Heat the barbeque to a medium heat
Push each skewer through 2x quarters of pear lengthways
Using a saucepan, heat the butter, brown sugar (leave a small amount for the end to sprinkle on top) and cinnamon sticks/powder at a medium heat until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves
Brush the mixture over each quarter of pear and grill for about 3 minutes on each side or until caramelized and golden brown, reapply mixture as you turn the pear skewer to keep them nice & sticky
Once cooked serve the pears with a sprinkle of brown sugar, add ice cream or whipped cream and add a sprinkle of berries to garnish
