Summer Oats

This Summer Oats recipe is the perfect start to your day! Healthy, delicious and great for a quick summer inspired breakfast! Pick up everything you need at your community EUROSPAR supermarket.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup oats
  • 1/2 Cup skimmed milk
  • 1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup of chosen fruit (strawberries, blueberries etc)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

Method:

1. Add Oats to a container alongside milk, and add in your chosen fruit and Greek yogurt.

2. Top with honey, then seal the container and put it in the fridge.

3. Let the mixture stay in the fridge for around 8 hours. It is best to eat within 24 hours.

4. Remove from fridge, grab a spoon and enjoy!
