BBQ Pulled Pork Burger

  • Cookstown BBQ Slow Cook Pulled Pork
  • Burger Buns
  • Hellmanns BBQ Squeezy Sauce
  • Pickles
  • Coleslaw

Method

  • Defrost Cookstown BBQ Slow Cook Pulled Pork thoroughly for 24 hours in a refrigerator, once de-frosted use on same day, do not re-freeze.
  • Oven cook: From Chilled
    Regular Oven, 30 minutes, 200ÂșC, gas mark 7.
  • Preheat oven.
  • Remove all packaging.
  • Leave sachet of sauce to the side for use later.
  • Place Pulled Pork in an oven proof dish.
  • Place product in middle shelf of the oven.
  • Cook product for the required time.
  • Remove pork from oven and pour off any juice.
  • Use two forks pull apart the pork.
  • Pour sachet of sauce over and cook in the oven for a further 5 mins.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
  • Toast burger buns
  • Add BBQ sauce to bun
  • Add Pulled pork
  • Top with pickles, coleslaw and any other of your favourite toppings
