Pork Belly Burgers

  • Sweet Chili Kebabs (from EUROSPAR)
  • Burger Baps
  • Coleslaw
  • Lettuce
  • Frozen Chips

Method 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Follow the instructions on the packet for preheating the oven.
  2. Cook the Pork Belly: Place the pork belly in the oven first and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Salads: While the pork belly is cooking, prepare your salads and butter the baps for the burgers.
  4. Add Kebabs and Chips: After the pork belly has cooked for 20 minutes, add the kebabs and chips to the oven. Flip the pork belly at this time and continue to cook everything for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Turn Kebabs and Shake Chips: After 10 minutes, shake the chips and turn the kebabs. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Assemble the Burgers: Once everything is cooked, start by placing a base of coleslaw on the bottom half of each bap. Add some lettuce and top with a slice of pork belly. Add any other toppings you desire.
  7. Serve: Accompany your burgers with the kebabs and chips on the side. Enjoy your meal with friends and family!
