Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks

Toppings:

  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 apple (sliced)
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Method 

Blend milk, Greek yogurt, strawberries, banana, and pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth. Serve in a bowl topped with raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes, apple and mint leaves.
