3 medium tomatoes, sliced
200g mozzarella, drained and sliced
1 tbsp SPAR extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
squeeze lemon juice
handful basil leaves
Slice 3 medium ripe vine tomatoes and arrange on a plate with 200g mozzarella, sliced and some basil leaves.
Season with freshly ground black pepper and a little salt and drizzle with a tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
