Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

 Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup Raspberries

Optional Extras

  • 2 Teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Banana, sliced

Method:

  1. Add oats to your container
  2. Pour in milk, yogurt, and sprinkle in chia seeds.
  3. Add in mixture of sliced fruit.
  4. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later.

Tips

  • Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator.
  • Best to eat within 24 hours.
