In a pot on a medium heat add a glug of oil, add onion, mince, mushrooms, garlic granules, onion salt, mixed herbs and paprika with a shake salt and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes on a medium heat.
Add the stock, turn heat to high and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and bay leaves, bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes
Get pasta on whilst you wait – I’ve chosen Spaghetti but your favourite pasta will work a treat.
Remove bay leaves and serve with an optional grating of cheese
