Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • For Pulled Pork
  • 1Kg Pork Shoulder
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 3 teasppons Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 White onion (chopped)
  • 2 Oranges (Juice only)
  • 200ml water
  • Seasonings (To Taste)

For Serving

  • Brioche Buns
  • Chipotle Coleslaw

Method 

  • Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on a high for 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred. Your meat should fall apart easily. Add the meat back to the broth.
  • Load on to brioche buns with chipotle coleslaw & serve.’
