Chicken Wrapped in Bacon

This chicken stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon is the perfect idea to impress the family and is super easy to make! Serve alongside a delicious mixed leaf salad or with potatoes and veg for a Sunday dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 tbsp light soft cheese
  • 8 rashers streaky bacon

Method:

  1. Set oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas 5
  2. Cut a slit in each chicken breast and spread 1 tbsp cheese inside
  3. Wrap 2 bacon rashers around each one
  4. Roast for 30 minutes, or until cooked right through
  5. Serve hot alongside salad or mashed potatoes and veg.
