Cut chicken breast into thin strips, marinading for 1 hour in Nando’s peri peri sauce in the fridge
In a bowl, add the cornflakes, paprika, garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper and combine.
To the egg wash, add 2tbs of Nando’s sauce. Begin dipping the marinaded chicken tenders into the egg & sauce mix before transferring to the bowl with the cornflake crumb. Ensure the chicken strips are fully coated in the crumb.
Add the crumbed chicken tenders to the air fryer cooking for 25 minutes at 200 degrees, turning at the half way point.
Once the tenders are fully cooked, drench in the remaining Nando’s sauce & serve.
Make your own peri peri mayo by adding a drop of Nando’s sauce to mayonnaise to dip!
